- The Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros' profile as a contracting party is published in the State Contracting Platform
, in accordance with that which is foreseen in article 309 of the Law of Public Sector Contracts (modified by Law 2/2011 dated 4th March pertaining to Sustainable Economy), which establishes that , in any case, the contracting profiles of the Public Sector's Contracting Organs must be integrated in the State Contracting Platform, and must be handled and disseminated exclusively by said platform.
